this is Dan W. you took away our stain and I am so happy about the quality of your cleaning and your service. I will call you again.

This is a transcribed voicemail that a client left today. He had tracked in some asphalt onto his carpet. We had just cleaned for them last month. He had tried a few things to get the spots to come up and he could not do it. He called and scheduled an appointment for Jim to come out.

When Jim got there, Dan needed to leave, he told Jim to leave a bill on the counter and he would pop a check in the mail-Jim let him know that we would not be charging him for this service call- it was part of our service. Dan was floored- Well, when he came home he found his spot gone- and no bill- he was really pleased and called to thank us.
